A passenger list must be submitted to Cockrell Resources, Inc. at least 2 hours prior to departure. CRI allows only pre-approved passengers in your group to board the plane. All passengers are required to present a valid photo identification (if age 18 years or older) upon the crew's request. Travel outside the United States requires a valid passport for all passengers. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.

Cockrell Resources, Inc. strives to offer clients the greatest degree of flexibility in scheduling flights and we understand that plans can change quickly. We request that you contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule a flight whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on shorter notice.

• Cancellation of a reserved flight must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure to avoid a penalty fee (10% of full fare).
• Passengers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
  

Complimentary, secure parking is available to all Cockrell Resources, Inc. clients. Once in the Atlantic Aviation parking lot, pull around to the back gate on the right side of the building and use the intercom to confirm your name and CRI flight time. Cars can then be parked on the tarmac near the plane. CRI will handle all baggage loading from the car.

Additional parking is located in front of the Atlantic Aviation building, and a lounge inside is available to all CRI passengers.
